Ben Ickenroth is one of the three CEOs and co-founders of surft.kologne, the largest surf community in Germany with more than 3,500 members. He is a passionate entrepreneur and a true Cologne native who also wants to live the surf lifestyle in Germany.
After years of living abroad, he now returned to his hometown of Cologne and, as a passionate surfer, wants to share this passion with others. With surft.kologne, he has created a platform where surfers can network, exchange ideas and surf together.
In the conversation with host Michael, it gets exciting – and also a little philosophical when Ben raises an exciting question: When is a surfer a surfer?
