On 24th January time had come for the first ever always hungry dinner. Towards evening the serving began and ten people were lucky enough to get a taste of the carefully put together three-course menu. The dinner started with a ode to the garden, spiked with some fresh nuts. Sunflower-kissed ravioli, bemused brussel sprouts and a tarragon-mustard blanket made the main course. After that, the grand finale: a flan(ell) in an orange blanket, which indulged the senses. The evening was rounded off with a selection of exquisit wines, fresh and sparkling beverages, provided by our sponsor Haaner Felsenquelle, the charming ambience at the BoH-Loft, and, last but not least, our superb guests.
